Supplies:
- 100 ml buttermilk or 100 ml Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 360 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp speculaas spices
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Baking spray
Option: nuts of your choice Topping: extra peanut butter, powdered sugar and chocolate stars! Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the peanut butter with the eggs using a hand mixer
- Add buttermilk/yogurt, spices, honey and baking powder and mix until smooth
- Divide into a baking tin (model of your choice)
- 30 minutes in the oven
- Let it cool down and in the meantime make the icing: mix icing sugar with a tiny bit of water and some peanut butter
